My 2 children who were 3 and 5 at the time made me toast with butter and strawberry jam and my husband conjured up this amazing Greek Omelette with tomatoes, feta cheese and and onions which is my favorite. It was the thought that they all put into it which touched my heart and the adorable pride in their faces and love in their eyes that I will remember and carry with me forever. I have had many other wonderful "Valentines Day" moments, but this one is at the top of my list!
