I had to stop and remind myself what we do on Columbus Day (other than SHOP!). So I asked the kids why we celebrated Columbus Day. And here's what I got:
- "Umm, to remember how the country got started." (Pretty good)
- "To celebrate Christopher Columbus."
- "To rest." (my favorite)
