Hope you all had a great weekend and a happy Easter! I got a little chilly in New York for Easter, but we still had a fun Easter egg scavenger hunt, and a delicious big dinner with family.
I really liked reading about all your best gifts to your moms as kids. I liked how it seemed that in most cases, the best gifts are those where you do something totally selfless. Like Casey who talked about getting her brothers together to go to a portrait studio to surprise her mom . Or gifts that are sentimental and show that you are thinking of them, like Audra who found an old out of print book that her family used to love or malleycc who mentioned that she made a quilt with some her and her moms old clothes. I love that!
Congratulations to Xenia to winning the personalized red polka dot apron!
This week for the giveaway we are continuing on the theme of gifts for mom with a really special item that is per
fect for Mother's Day! Handmade by a mom, this personalized gold charm bracelet that comes with one charm is a special way to treasure your children. Either use the initial of your child's first name, or use multiple charms to spell out their name.
This gold bracelet comes with one charm, but can feature up to 5 hand stamped charms. The charms are 3/4 in diameter and are very delicate to wear. The letters are antiqued to stand out, then undergo a special polishing process. Each piece is made by hand. Letters are applied individually. Variations in text and spacing are to be expected and add to the hand-made, organic feel!
Here's how to win one of these personalized gold charm bracelets with one charm.
1. Leave a comment about how you keep reminders/mementos of your children close to you.
2. Mention how you found this site
3. Check out the Warm Biscuit Bedding Co. to see what other personalized jewelry they carry.
4. Make sure I can contact you! Either leave an email address in your comment, or make sure that you have contact information on your blog profile.

Well, you know I love your site - :) and this bracelet is too cute!
As a photographer, I have a photo album beside my bed that is pink (my favourite colour) and has "Motehood: a lifelong travel of memories" written on the front. Inside, are all the photos that are taken of me and my kids - just snaps, but I love them dearly. One day, when I'm old and grey, I can have that precious photo album of photo of me and my girls and I will love every minute that it takes to look over all the images.
Thanks again for hosting the giveaway! I hope I win! :D

I scrapbook & I also like to hang some of my scrapbook type things up to see them all the time!
I originally found your site on a contest blog I believe, but I've been a reader for several months now which is how I ended up here today :)
I have a keepsake box for each of my kids. I keep all kinds of papers and trinkets in them. I was never very good about keeping a baby book for them, but I write little notes about them on scraps of paper, and throw them in the box. One day when they're older, I'll turn the notes into a journal or scrapbook.

Right now I just keep the kids close! I don't need a reminder when they're hanging on me all day, but I'm taking lots of pictures and I have lots of keepsake boxes with first locks of hair, hospital bracelets and all that jazz. I'm gonna miss them when they're not so small.
I have pictures all over my house of my kids and grandkids. I also have name charms of the grandsons on my key chain. Found your site through Prizey. I saw some really nice things at Warm Biscuit. Thanks.

What an adorable bracelet! I do scrapbooking, and love it! That is how I keep up with all my babies memories and keepsakes :)
I make photo books online and scrapbooks of special events in our family, and I have a picture of my daughter on my keychain. In my car is a tiny acorn that she picked up for me on one of our first trips to the park together...I could go on and on!

I take pictures of everything I can. I dont scrapbook but I would love to start. Thanks!
I had baby books for my first set of twins but with my second set I never got around to filling them out. I scrapbook special occasions and each child has a life book which is an album with select pictures showing different milestones or special events and them I write along the picture in story form and I'm able to add cute things they say and do. It's a continuous project but my kids (and visitors) love reading through it. I'm usually carrying around pictures of my kids in my wallet, cell phone or camera and always wear the diamond heart necklace my husband gave me when I had my first set of twins- 1 heart for each of my men. I'm still waiting for the diamond studs for my seconds set of twins.
I found your site when I got Warm Biscuit baby towels (paper dolls) for my daughter
My daughter is already enjoying her charm bracelet but I love the photo charm bracelet and personalized hair clips
I have two boxes in their closets, one for clothes they outgrew but I can't part with and a smaller box for small mementos. I am rarly away from my girls but if I am I have a keychain with their initials and birthstone bead.
I follow you on blogger, found you orginally from another blog (can't recall which one)
I love the Engraved Locket, I always wanted one when I was little
I love Warm Biscuit--especially their fabrics. Fun stuff! I like to keep lots of photographs of my kids around our house--and in albums from each year of their life. (I found you through prizey). Thanks!
We make photo books to commemorate each year. I'm not a scrapbooker, so a photo book allows us to display our pictures in a beautiful way instead of leaving them on the computer where no one sees them! I like the engraved jewelry box as well. I found this site through Prizey and have enjoyed poking around!
I have a charm bracelet that has a unique charm that reminds me of each of my children.
I found out about giveaway from prizey.net
I like the Sterling Silver Engraved Heart Locket at Warm Biscuit.

1. I have pictures of my daughters everywhere so that I see their smiling faces throughout the house. Also, after my youngest was born I ordered a double ring (nelleandlizzy.com) with their names on it so that I can always have them with me.
2. I found you through Prizey a while ago.
3. The Mom Love Necklace is gorgeous, I love how simple and beautiful it is without being tacky.
4. xpsundell(at)gmail(dot)com
Thanks!
I keep a photos of the girls in my purse and my cell phone. I also have lots of photos of them around the house.
I don't have children, but I run a Daycare from my home. I know how important everything the children do is to the parents. I take lots of pictures and make little books with the kiddos pictures and stories about things they have done. Everything from the before and after pictures of the first time Chubba had spaghetti at my house, or the first time Nathan made the letter A. They love to have these pictures and books to share with their moms and dads at home.
I love this bracelet and would honestly gift it to my sister who is the mommy of my 2 year old niece.
Thanks!
I keep pictures of the kids by my bed and also in the kitchen. I love looking at their beautiful faces! I am horrible about getting the pictures into scrapbooks or albums though. I found your site while browsing various blogs. This personalized charm bracelet is a really beautiful memento to keep your kids close!
