Just a couple more ideas of what do with all that fabric you've got lying around the house:
Fabric Wal
lets: These could be a fun way to use leftover quilting fabric to make a cute kids wallet. This website has full instructions as well as a free pattern to print out.
Fabric Silhouettes: Pick a toile, damask, or other geometric fabric as a background to create a fabric silhouette of your child that is sure to be a one of a kind keepsake. The Thompson family is kind enough to provided detailed instruc
tions.
If you have a lot of unsightly cleaning supplies or other odds and ends under the sink, maybe a sink skirt is just what you need. I would recommend a floral fabric. Country Living has all the directions here.
Hope some of these ideas have helped!
