I’m excited to announce we will highlight an extraordinary mom each week. A lot is written about the need to make sure women and men receive equal pay for the same job. Less is reported on an issue that many moms across the country face; exclusion from the world of paid labor. So how does Lesley’s company work?
Employers send job offerings to Hire My Mom, Lesley and her staff review it, and if approved they post it in a directory that is visible to members only. They receive announcements for jobs in all type of fields, and from companies of all sizes. Members also get a daily email listing all the new jobs posted to the directory for the day.
